Debra graduated (Magna Cum Laude) from California State University, Northridge and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science/Physical Therapy. She founded Lifestyle Physical Therapy in 2011 and has been a practicing physical therapist in a wide variety of clinical settings for more than 20 years.

In addition to her vast knowledge of orthopedic and sports related injuries, Debra received her Certification as a Pilates Instructor from Pilates and Beyond Institute in 2002.  Her career highlights include that of former Director of Physical Therapy at Granada Hills Community Hospital, as well as, Facility Administrator and Spine Program Coordinator at HealthSouth Rehabilitation.

Debra is an active member of both the California Private Practice Special Interest Group and the American Physical Therapy Association.

When she is not helping patients get back to their lifestyle of activity, Debra enjoys hiking, cooking and traveling.

Gen Pascual graduated from California State University, Northridge, in 2019 with his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.

In 2021, he earned his Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Concorde Career College in North Hollywood. Gen completed his clinical internship at Orthopedic Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine in Encino, California. During this time, he had the opportunity to work with post-operative joint replacements, ligament reconstructions, and a variety of sports related injuries.

Aside from helping patients through their physical therapy rehab, Gen has a passion for teaching and playing volleyball on his free time.

Jeffery Bradley received his Master of Physical Therapy Degree in 2001 from California State University Long Beach. He then completed the year long Orthopedic Residency program at Kaiser Permanente in West Los Angeles where he received his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Certification (OCS) in 2004. Jeffery completed his transitional Doctorate Degree through Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2013. He is also a Certified Athletic Trainer.

Jeffery has focused his clinical practice in general orthopedics and sports rehabilitation. He has had the opportunity to work with a variety of athletes including Olympic swimmers, NFL players, and dancers. As an orthopedic specialist he incorporates
various manual therapy and exercise techniques in his treatments.

Jeffery is a sport enthusiast and in his free time he enjoys the theater and weight training.
